Etiquette Boutique offers STORE CREDIT ONLY for eligible returns. We do not issue refunds to your original method of payment.
Return Eligibility:
- Returns must be requested and shipped within 14 days of the date your order is delivered or ready for pick up in-store.
- Items must be in original condition to qualify for a store credit.
- All sale/discounted items, bodysuits, and special occasion wear are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Processing:
Once your return has been received, please allow 2–5 business days for processing.
When returning your item(s):
- Securely package and seal your return in an appropriate shipping box or mailer.
- Include your original invoice inside the package.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Etiquette Boutique does not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
- We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit when returned by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- Free of stains, odors, or damage
- Returned with all original tags attached
